Your booking system
Build your retreat page, set your own room prices in your preferred currency, and share one link. Guests book and pay you directly while waivers, dietary needs and your guest manifest are collected automatically in your host dashboard.

How pricing works
A flat daily venue rate covers the whole property and all staff, no matter how many guests you bring. Food is charged per person, per day, based on your final headcount including facilitators. A 10% Indonesian hospitality tax and 5% service fee are added to the invoice total. Deposit and balance are paid by bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiah, while you bill your own guests in the currency you choose.
Dates and duration
Retreats run 3 to 9 days starting on any available date, with one buffer day either side for setup and turnover. Buffer days are room-only with no meals. Holding dates blocks the whole property immediately, so nobody else can book over you.
Good to know
A 10% Indonesian hospitality tax and 5% service fee are added to the invoice total. Hosts are responsible for obtaining the correct visa to host an event in Indonesia; RenewBali does not provide or assist with visa applications or advice. No drugs, alcohol or parties are permitted on the premises.
